We will be painting this Tuesday at Iona Regional Park on Sea Island .  There is good parking, good washrooms, with interesting subject matter ranging from views of the Gulf Islands, South Vancouver , open beach, log booms, ponds, birds and lots of wildlife.  Weather is forecast for sun in the morning ,cloud in the aftenoon and 18 degrees.  So dress appropriately, bring your art supplies,  lunch ,chairs and have fun.

OUTDOOR ARTIST

Once school gets out in June, the beach becomes just too busy for us or too hot, or too windy or ??? so we will take advantage of the timing and the weather.

Lupines are in full bloom on the inland trail at the far end of the parking lot.   I’ll be attempting another Lupine painting there.   18 or 20C is not and the wind will be a little less up on the trail BUT there are many good locations and great subjects that need painting…

Bring your Lunch, Chair and Art gear.    The beach restaurant  should be open.

Dress accordingly , bring the sunscreen  PAINT WELL,    HAVE FUN.    ROD
