Renata Fonseca is a Brazilian visual artist, born in 1987, and currently based in Richmond, Canada. She works primarily with acrylic paint and mixed media. Self-taught for much of her journey, she developed her style by blending formal training opportunities with independent study.
Influenced by her passion for games and comics, Renata explores themes of transience and stillness, juxtaposing elements of the natural and industrial worlds to evoke a sense of introspection.
