I have always had an interest in painting and drawing. Joining the Richmond Artist Guild in 1994, I paint and draw weekly at their Life Drawing sessions.
I am a founding member of “Men in Hats” a plein air group of lower mainland artists who paint every Tuesday at various locations throughout the GVRD area from May until September.
We encourages all people regardless of skill to join us painting outside. We lists the painting location for the week on our website. “www.meninhats.art”
Artists Statement.
I find the act of painting very creative. It is always a challenge and always a pleasure. Within the one discipline, you can change, grow, and evolve forever.
A Past President of the Richmond Artists Guild, a position I held for nine years, I am dedicated in preserving the organization and its goals.
